He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stephens and Rose Alleen Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Stephens of Dallas, GA; his daughters, Joanna Dawn Shuttleworth of England and Laura Anne Wong of England; his brothers, Raymond Dean Stephens of Dallas, GA and Robert Eugene Stephens of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Ellie, Abi Shuttleworth of Sussex and Maddie Wong of London, England. He is also survived by 1 niece and 4 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in William's honor to the Kennesaw chapter of the American Cancer Society.
