He was predeceased by: his father William "Billy" Albert Blackburn; and his grandparents, Albert, Elizabeth Blackburn, Gus and Stella Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Blackburn (Becky); his children, Zack Blackburn (Kayla), Austin Blackburn, Ashlyne Blackburn and Chelsea Smith; his mother Debra Webb Pruett; his brothers, Vince Hinton (Kathy), Carl Blackburn (Frances), Wayne Blackburn, Stevie Wilder (Stefanie) and Adam Hipps (Brandi); his siblings-in-law, Cindi Wiley (Brian) and Nathan Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Brayden, Addison, Rylee and Charlotte. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
