With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Lee Sparks (Hiram, Georgia), who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bernard Sparks and Daisy Ollene Lindgram Sparks; his brother Roy B. Sparks; his brothers-in-law, Tommy Leo Thomas, John Paul Blanton and Dr. Alfred J. Dowe; and his grandson Talon Alexander.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fay Sparks; his children, Teresa Johnson (Wayne), Tonja Johnson (Anthony), Susan Spears and Terry Stegall (Sherry); his siblings, Joseph L. Sparks (Patricia), Anna Mae Thomas, Ethel Faye Blanton and Janie Louise Dowe; his sister-in-law Linda Sparks; his grandchildren, Zara Johnson, Annabelle Johnson, Sidney Johnson (Audrey), Chloe Spears (Jacob), James Dauer, Faith Fulford (Justin) and Cory Stegall; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Cayden, Paisley and Lorelai. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Troy's honor towards the American Cancer Society.
