He was predeceased by: his wife Dot Proctor; his parents, Tommie Proctor and Jewel Proctor; and his son Steve Proctor. He is survived by: his sons, Lee Proctor (Karen) and Todd Proctor (Nikki); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Scott, Stephanie, Tyler and Casey. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
