He is survived by: his children, Ashley Collins (Aaron), Brittany Plunkett (Ryan) and Caleb Bitner; his siblings, Marvin Bitner Jr. (Belinda), Timothy Wayne Bitner and Elwanda Bitner; his grandchildren, Maya Reese Plunkett, Adelynn Elizabeth Plunkett and Gibson Reid Collins; his nieces, Kelly Bitner Tally, Michelle Bitner Hallmark and Lily Kaylyn Bitner; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joseph Tally, Josie Tally, Chase Hallmark and Chloe Hallmark.
