She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Aubrey Cates (Clyde). She is survived by: her parents, Cecil Osborne (Lynne) and Sonya Osborne; her children, Derek Osborne and Meagan Cates of Dallas, GA; the father of her children Keith Cates of Dallas, GA; her sister Tara Podany (Joe); her grandchildren, Neiko, Romeo, Malachi and Maleak; her nephews, Blake, Austin, Gage and Dakota; and her sister-in-law Christy Cates.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tammy's honor to the Cancer Society.
