He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Eberly and Dorothy Sease. He is survived by: his wife Anita Eberly; his children, Joshua Eberly (Katie), Eric Eberly and Jennifer Sheets (Steven); and his grandsons, Brayden Eberly, Sterling Eberly, Kyler Eberly, Everett Sheets, Dylan Sheets and Avery Sheets. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
