He was predeceased by: his mother Dot Proctor. He is survived by: his father Tommy Proctor; his wife Wendi Proctor; his children, Stephanie Proctor, Scott Proctor, Kasey Williams and Amanda Rameriz; and his brothers, Todd Proctor and Lee Proctor. He is also survived by four beautiful granddaughters.
