He is survived by: his mother Deborah Creamer; his wife Michelle Creamer; his children, Shawn Creamer (Cailin), Melody Creamer Ivy (Jacob), Noah Creamer, Naomi Creamer and Danielle Creamer; his sister Connie Cherry (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Valerie Paynter, Charlotte Davenport, Savannah Davenport, Matthew Davenport, Madison Davenport, Robbie Paynter and Brecken Paynter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Shawn's honor towards the Helen Stark Dream Project.
