He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Lindsey Fouts and Lucy McKelvy Fouts; and his nephew Jeremy Wheeler. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Fouts and Mark Fouts (Ashley); the mother of his children Vickie Fouts; his siblings, Kaye Fouts Wheeler (Frank) and Lindsey Fouts (Rebecca); and his nephew Brent Cunningham. He is also survived by several cousins and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141).
