He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Taylor McClung and Ethel Gay Grimes McClung; his wife Beatrice Croker McClung; his children, Ronald "Ronnie" Joseph (Donna McClung), Patsy McClung Dorrough (Robert) and Carol McClung Albert Acherman; his grandchildren, Ryan Albert (Beth), Heather Albert, Jessica McClung Mayer (Eric), Jonathon Spinks and Matthew Spinks (Anne Marie); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Zoe Albert, Cameron Conaway, Jazmin Born, Dylan McClung, Stella Preston, Evan, Matthew Henry, John Allen and Lily Marie Spinks; his siblings, Byron (Nellie), Euel (Aline), Ottis (Pearl), Julian "Jut", Rufus "Bert" (Betty), Ray Grimes (Nedra), Zera Renfroe (John), Tressie Lawler (Clyde), Merle Shue (Bob), LaVern Cooper (Leonard), Gladys Stephens (Henry), Ora Hart (Aubrey), Doris Barner (Micky), Hazel Smith (Clarence) and Clara Jo Young (Paul); his grandson Aaron Luther McClung; and his great grandchild Ivan C. Mayer.
