He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Miller; his children, Daniel Head, Gabriel Head (Jill) and Carrie Phillips; his grandchildren, Natalie Head, Adam Head, Lucas Head, Austin Jernigan, Michael Jernigan, Madison Jernigan, Liam Perkins, Thomas Bush, Evan Bush, Skyla Bush, Tristian Phillips, Tanner Phillips, Trenton Phillips and Isabel Phillips; his great grandchildren, Everleigh Parks and Dallas Parks; and his sister Stella Jones.
