He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dewitt and Opal Williams Milam; the mother of his children Virginia "Ginny" Milam; his wife Elyvan Mae Milam; and his siblings, LeRoy Milam, Louise Lee, Sybil Ragan and Irma Milam.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Milam (Sandra), Robbie Donehoo (Doug) and Susan Falkner (Sanford); his siblings, Barbara Milam, Patsy Milam and George Milam; his grandchildren, Jennifer Everson (Gabe), Jill Brock (Kyle), Jason Milam, Ashley Milam, Savannah Stamper (Brad), Stephanie Albertson (Clint), Mitchell Falkner and Victoria Falkner; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Skyler, Knox, Colton, Raelynn and Sadie; and his stepchildren, Larry Henson (Cheryl), Latha Shore (Melvin), Les Henson and Lisa Thomas (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
