He is survived by: his children, Richard Kuykendall (Lisa), Jane Christopher, Katrina Atkins (Don) and Rebecca Cashio; his sister Betty Bell; and his grandchildren, Megan Burrell, Dana Webb, Brandi Gilcrest, Stefanie Christopher, Ariel Milwood, Alexis Alverez, Nichole Sharp, Brandon Gamel and Josh Gamel. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
