She was predeceased by: her father Paul Binion. She is survived by: her mother Jane Binion; her husband Lance Ketchem; her children, Paul-Thomas Ketchem and Caroline Ketchem; her uncle James Larry Samples; her nephews, Scott Samples and Stuart Samples; and her child Britt Thomason.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards the Georgia Bulldog Rescue.
