She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cooper and Kathleen Burgess Cooper; her brothers, Philip Cooper and Pete Richards; and her pet Gabby Hightower.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Hightower; her children, Keith Hightower (Christina) and Kathleen Sundy (David); her brothers, Andy Richards and David Richards; and her granddaughters, Emily Grace Sundy and Faith Anne Sundy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made in Nancy's honor towards the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 2056 Hiram Douglasville Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141.
