She was predeceased by: her father Steve Elrod; her husband James Hendon; and her uncle Melvin Massengale. She is survived by: her son Matthew Hendon; her mother Donna Murphy (Mike); her sisters, Christy Greak (Todd) and Robin Yancy (Donald); her grandmother Ruth Massengale; her uncles, Gary Massengale (Janet) and Rick Massengale (Jeannie); and her great-aunt Mary Alice Odom (Don). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
