With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffery Boyd Locklear of Hiram, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2024 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Locklear; his son Harley Locklear; and his grandmother Lucy G. Locklear. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Martin; his children, Abagail Locklear, Kyle Dobbins and Zac Chumley; his grandchildren, Brayden Jones, Jaiiden Locklear and Addison Jones; and his sister Treva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to help fund the funeral costs.
