He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Grant Madaris and Doris Bolt Madaris; and his sister Judy Egan. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Jason Grant Madaris (Cayla); his grandsons, Jaxon Grant, Landon and Logan; his daughter Jane Edwards (Florida); his sister Susan Saul; and his nephew Mark Norrell.
