In the vast expanse of eternity, Howell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Elsberry and Lilly Anne Elsberry; and his grandchild Carley Elsberry. He is survived by: his wife Burma Elsberry; his sons, Greg Elsberry (Suzanne) and Blake Elsberry (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Chasity Winters, Erica Richter and Dana Elsberry. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Zion Baptist Church (2562 Villa Rica Hwy, Dallas, GA 30157). A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery (86 Hart Rd, Dallas, GA 30157).
