He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Eugene Wehunt and Jacqueline Carter Wehunt. He is survived by: his children, Philip Wehunt, Melody Baxter (Tom) and Jordyn Howard; his grandchildren, Madison Wehunt, Morgan Wehunt, Hart Wehunt, Grant Baxter, Brett Baxter, Michael Thomas, Keller Howard, Savannah Howard and Arsyn Howard; and his sister Brenda Baxter (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home & Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery (86 Hart Rd, Dallas, GA 30157).
