He is survived by: his wife Janis Martin O'Neal; his children, Christine Marie King (Cody), Katie O'Neal Clark and Shennandoah Amann; his brother George O'Neal; and his grandson Slade Boone King. He is also survived by other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
