He is survived by: his wife Pam Dischinger; his son Nathan Dischinger (Halie) of Smyrna, GA; his brothers, Bill Dischinger of Marietta, GA and Craig Dischinger of Floresville, TX; and his granddaughter Winsdae Dischinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gary's memory to the Car Care Ministry at McEachern Memorial UMC.
