He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulkey and Jo "Harris" Mulkey; his stepfather James Harris Sr.; and his brother John Richard Mulkey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mulkey; his children, Nathan Mulkey (Tina), Joy Croft (Tony), Dawn Hunsinger and Angela Alfaro (Marco); his brother Gary Mulkey (Connie); his stepsiblings, James Harris Jr. (Christine) and Cindy Gail Harris; and his sister-in-law Susan Mulkey. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six nieces; and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lynn's honor towards Samaritan's Purse (https://samaritanspurse.org) or Coates Ministry in East Africa.
