He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest J Baker and Doris Baker; his son Roy Larry Baker; his siblings, Cecil Baker, Ralph Baker, Joe Baker, Virginia Breedlove and Paul Baker; and his former wives, Maggie Ruth Baker and Ruby F. Baker.
He is survived by: his son Bobby Baker (Ellen); his brother Terry Baker (Beverly); and his grandchildren, Emma Ruth and Cassie Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home & Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141-1827). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141-1827). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Paulding Memorial Gardens (3566 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy, Hiram, GA 30141).
