He was predeceased by: his father John William Burnley; and his brothers, Freddie Forsyth and Michael Pate. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Burnley; his daughters, April Annette Burnley and Amanda Lynnette Burnley (Jamie Annony); his grandchildren, Ava Laine Annony and Gavin Douglas Saylor; and his siblings, Debra Womack, Kevin Womack, Tony Womack, Marcus Womack and John Burnley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
