He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Carlyle and Verena Carlyle; and his sisters, Jane Shadix and Donna Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carlyle; his brothers, Eddie Carlyle and Doug Carlyle; his sons, Shane Carlyle (Cynthia) and Ricky Carlyle (Laurie); his grandchildren, Justin Carlyle, Tasha Morgan (Andrew) and Elizabeth Carlyle; and his great grandchild Ava Morgan.
