He was predeceased by: his father Carl; and his wife Becky Cole Thomason. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Freeman and Ashley Pott; his stepdaughters, Alicia Jennings Westbrooks and Amanda Jennings Roberts; his brothers, Tony Thomason and Timothy Thomason; his grandchildren, Savannah Freeman, Mattie Freeman, Noah Freeman, Macayla Pott, Nelson Pott, Daven Pott, Brayden Westbrooks, Jacob Roberts and Ellie Roberts; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
