It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Melvin Ferrell (Hiram, Georgia), born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ferrell and Betty McCollum Ferrell. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ferrell; his daughter Erica Sims (DJ); his siblings, John Ferrell (Faye), Tommy Ferrell (Bobbie), Carole Grizzle (Ricky) and Cassy Ferrell; his grandsons, Dawson Sims and Dallas Sims; his nieces and nephews, April, Heather, Kari, Jeremy and Jonathan; his parents-in-law, Diane Meeks (Frankie), Susan Brandenburg (Charles), Steve Bohannon (Sue) and Dennis Johnson (Dorrie); and his brothers, Jeff Parker (Ana), Johnny Stell (Karen) and Rick Popham (Pam). He is also survived by nine nephews-in-law; three nieces-in-law, and several great nieces and nephews from both sides; some aunts and uncles and many close cousins; life-long best friends.
