He is survived by: his wife Carol Baxter; his daughters, Melissa Baxter, Jessica Miller (Dan) and Vanessa Baxter (Chad); his brother Wade Baxter; and his grandchildren, Dustin Ray Britt, Ryan Butterworth, Cameron Eidson, Blaine Miller and Makayla Baxter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several extended family.
