He is survived by: his wife Rose Hart; his children, Katherine Lori Nietrzeba (Eddy Nietrzeba), Michele Hart Jones and Charles Christopher Hart (Julie Hart); his grandchildren, Bruce Edward Jones, Morgan Nichole Blackwell, Timothy Preston Moore, Jessica Rose Johnson, Samantha Brooke Parkey, Taylor Christine Hart and Logan Christopher Blackwell; his great grandchildren, Jett Wix Jones, Trace Edward Johnson, Rose Diane Jones and Jude Oliver Jones; and his siblings, Jack Maurice Hart (Carol), Elaine Gail Crider (Roy) and Larry Richard Hart (Sherry).
