It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby LaFloyd Stone of Hiram, Georgia, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston LaFloyd Stone and Vannie Griffin Stone; his wife Janice Wagner Stone; and his siblings, Dorothy Stone "Dot" McQuaig and Billy Franklin Stone.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ethelyn Delcomyn of Waycross, JoAnn Johns (Gerald) of Waycross, Mary Alice Chauncey (Allen) of Jacksonville, Betty Meadows (Jack) of Charleston and Gary Stone of Gainesville; and his stepsons, Rick Wagner, Jerry Wagner and Derek Wagner (Lynn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

“The photo is a celebration of Bobby's birthday in Winston Salem North Carolina where Bobby and I served in the US Air Force at the radar site where we were both radar technicians. I spent 2 years at that assignment. Those were two years of wonderful memories with Bobby. My wife Judy is the young lady to Bobby's left and I am left of Judy in the sport coat and tie. I met Judy at that military assignment and we dated for two years. We then married and have been married for 52 years.”
