He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Phillips and Pauline Drummond. He is survived by: his cousins, Steve Williams (Terre), Paulette Crutchfield, Becky Bearden (Junior), Robin Brown (Tim) and Lisa Thomas; and his extended family Anthony.
