He is survived by: his children, Anthony Daniel Burns Jr., Nicholas Eugene Burns, Joshua Lee Burns, Ashley Nicole Waits (Shane), Tiffany Daniella Bates (Austin), Brandy Elizabeth Burns (Kevin Pace) and Jonathan Matthew Burns (Kerijo Williams); and his siblings, David Eugene Burns, John Edward Burns, Deborah Carrol Tuck, Tracy Lynn Statler and Tammy Sue Higginbotham. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
