He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Svetlana Lockhart of Long County; his sons, Lee Lockhart of Germany and James Lockhart; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Lockhart of Jesup; his daughter Diana Coates; his son-in-law Melvin Coates of Gloucester, Virginia; his daughters, Anne Marie Grant of Hinesville, Ashley Skillet of Kentucky and Alexandria Patton; his son-in-law James Patton of Florida; and his siblings, Wallace Lockhart (Mary Dawn) of West Virginia, Donna Myers (Andy) of Florida and Helen Clemins of West Virginia. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
