Jenkins (Mark) of Locust Grove, VA and Annette Franklin (Roddey) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Robert Wallace, Jr. (Rondya), Erika Wallace, Kwanzaa Wallace, Luetisia Jenkins, Jacqueline of Washington, Jamar Jenkins and Mark Johnson; his great grandchildren, La'Niyah, Na'Liyah, William, LaTonya, Jeanasia, Jasiah, Erielle, Jah, Mari, Ariana, Des, Raye and Jordan; his sister-in-law Leila M. Williams; his cousin Ella Blanche Grant; and his nieces, Shirley and Yvette Fleming. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many sorrowing friends.
