He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Prickett Ainsworth; and his son Randy Ainsworth. He is survived by: his children, Shelly (Virginia), Joe (Allison) and Tom (Rhonda); his daughter-in-law Darlene; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Tim), TJ (Kristin), Jonathan (Hailey), Kirstine and Shelby; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Aiden, Paige and Tommy.
