He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Kussard and Marcella Kussard (Vendervest); and his former wife Judith Kussard (Johnson). He is survived by: his brother Mark Kussard (JoAnne); his brother-in-law John Johnson (Lily); his children, Jeffrey Kussard and Angel Turner (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Kyle Turner and Vivian Turner; his great grandchild Christina Kirkendall (Jonathan); his great great grandchildren, Abran and Gavin; and his close friends, Eddie Steinman, Sam McBride (Brenda), Mike, Laura Rogers, Ruth Pudelski (Wilson), Donny Mathena and Chris Patterson. He is also survived by many extended family members, and numerous friends.
