She was predeceased by: her parents, Masao Matsui and Kei Matsui of Tokyo, Japan; and her husband Vincent A. Fagerstrom. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Ann Fagerstrom), Dean (Sharon Fagerstrom) and Bruce (Pascale Fagerstrom); her grandchildren, Dawn Fagerstrom, Jessica Black (Steven), Vincent, Matthew and Maximillian; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Cohen and Amelia; and her sister-in-law Patricia Fagerstrom of Sister Bay, Wisconsin..
