Marie Cox Folker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Cox Folker of Hinesville, Georgia, who passed away on October 11, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cox and Myrtle Boyette Cox. She is survived by: her husband Billy D. Folker; her children, Daniel Baxter (Erika), Elizabeth Kangeter (Ray) and Kelly Folker Fields; her stepchildren, John Folker (Kim) and Kim Connelly (Tim); her grandchildren, Jordan Kangeter, Preston Knowles, Riley Scott, Griffin Knowles, Abby Scott, Greyson Fields and Minka Kangeter; her stepgrandchildren, Cody and Megan Folker; her siblings, Jo Durrence, John Howard Cox, Sue Johnson, Jimmy Cox and Jerry Cox; and also, Shirley Carter and Belinda Flanigan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the Elim First Baptist Church, Mission Fund.
