It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynell Oats of Hinesville, Georgia, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ida Mae Oats and Walter Flowers; his wife Felicia Oats; his siblings, Miriam and Sam; and his son Rashun. He was also cherished by 27 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dorchester Funeral Home (7842 E Oglethorpe Hwy, Midway, GA 31320).
