She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Lee (Roy Calfred) and James Wynn; and her son Jeffrey Allan Sikes. She is survived by: her husband Charles Sikes (Wumpy); her sons, Greg Sikes (Jessica) of Brunswick, GA and Trey Sikes (Alexis) of Fernandina Beach, FL.; and her grandchildren, Eason, Alaina, Avery, Elise, Emory, Cayman and Stetson. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to GHC in memory of Kathy.
