He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Neluna; his children, Tracie Stella (Russell), Tammy Neluna (Steven Scudder) and Jason Neluna (Tina); his grandchildren, Nicole Stella-Felter, Hailey Jeklinski, Emily Schavlay, Madison Schwester, Samantha Spencer, Nathan Spencer, Carol Bousanti and Joseph Bousanti; and his great grandchildren, Landon Schavlay and Kalia Jeklinski.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (308 W Oglethorpe Hwy, Hinesville, GA 31313). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
