He is survived by: his mother Diane Lewis of Hoboken; his siblings, Wayne Lewis of Hoboken, David Lewis of Hoboken, Daniel Anderson of Pooler, GA and Marie; his brother-in-law Troy Hickox of Hortense; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Lewis of Waycross, Blake Lewis of Hoboken, Dalton Hickox of Hortense, Isaiah Lewis of Hoboken, Deziree Hickox of Hortense, Tamara Lewis of Hoboken, Annie Lewis of Hoboken, Kassie Lewis of Hoboken and Nevaeh Crews of Waycross. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousin and other relatives.
