Gladys Shaver Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2021, at the age of 74, Gladys Shaver of Hinesville, Georgia, born in Winton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Lee and Ruby Page Lee; her husband Johnny Shaver, I; her children, Robert "Butch" Shaver and Archie Shaver; her son-in-law Jeffery Payne; and her siblings, Linda Conner, Wilma Lee, William Lee, Sr., Wiley Lee, Walter Lee, Robert Lee and Archie Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle (Ebern Wiley), Shelley (Greg Richard) and Ruby (Donald Purgason); her adoptive daughter Jackie Pope (Richard) of Gates, NC; her sons, John Shaver, II of Conway, NC and Michael Shaver of Suffolk, VA; and her sisters, Agnes Bryant of Hico, TX and Ruby Wilson of Red Oak, TX. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
