He is survived by: his wife Deleita Ray; his daughters, Melita Milton (Harry), Vera Anderson (Jared), Sarah Holdsclaw (Shannon) and Lindsey Ellis (Derek); his brother E. S. Ray (Barbara); his grandchildren, Carlton Milton (Taylor), Keith Anderson (Joann), Britney Milton, Kaitlyn Neeley (Melvin), Kendall Byron Anderson and Drew Ellis; and his great grandchildren, Brent, Emory Anderson and Nolan Milton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
