He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, C. L. "Bish" Hill and Eunice Bragg Hill; his wife Patty Hill; his children, Shannon Hill Moore, Tommy Moore, Stormy Hill Garland and Jason Garland; his grandchildren, Thomas Raeb Moore, Mia Elaine Moore, Marly Mayden Moore, Bradley Owen Garland, Brandon David Garland and Barrett Wesley Garland; and his siblings, Bobby Jack Hill (late Judy Hill), Joanne Tanner and Toby Hill (Shirley). He was also cherished by Brothers and sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
