She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nathaniel and Emma Elizabeth Eastmead Smith; her husband Norwood Edsel Brinson; her brother Roderick Redo Smith; and her son-in-law Randy Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Luticia "Tisha" Waters of Hiltonia, Lamarr (Teresia Brinson) and Redo (Lynn Brinson); her grandchildren, Courtney, Jacob South of Savannah, Ashley, Aaron Lariscy of Hiltonia, Leigh, Mike Dotschay of Sylvania, Lindsey and Tyson Bennett of Millen; and her great grandchildren, Sidnie Dotschay, Brinson Dotschay, Annaston Dotschay, Braxton South, Stella South, Anna Lariscy, Ty Bennett and Avari Bennett.
