She is survived by: her parent Edna Hunnicutt; her husband David Hayes of Hillsboro; her children, Tammy Jackson (Clint) of Round Oak, Rebecca Koch (Roy) of Chattanooga, Samantha Hayes and Jeremiah Hayes (Krisite); and her sister Trudy Gordon of Round Oak. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
