He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Morris and Lila Willis Morris; and his siblings, Margaret Morris Mitchell, Victor Morris, Wallace Morris and Julian Morris.
He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Thigpen Morris of Higgston; his sister Delores Morris Johnson of Blackshear; and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Thigpen Richards of Thomson and Grace McDonald Morris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
